BetNettoApps ("we," "our," or "us") respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect information when you use our mobile game Ninja Leap ("the Game"), available on the Google Play Store and Apple App Store.

If you choose to save your high score to the local or global leaderboard, you may optionally enter a nickname. This nickname:

• Is completely optional - you can play the game without entering any information
• Is only used to display your ranking on leaderboards
• Does not identify you personally
• Can be any text you choose (not required to be your real name)

b. Game Data

To provide leaderboard functionality, we may store:

• Your high score
• Your optional nickname (if provided)
• Timestamp of when the score was achieved

This data is stored locally on your device. If you choose to participate in global leaderboards, your score and nickname will be stored on our servers.

c. Non-Personal Technical Information

The Game may automatically collect limited technical information for analytics and advertising purposes:

• Device type and model
• Operating system version
• Unique device identifier (for advertising purposes)
• App usage statistics (sessions, crash reports)
• IP address (collected by third-party services)

Important: This information does not identify you personally and is only used to improve the Game and serve relevant advertisements.

2. How We Use Information

We use the collected information for the following purposes:

• Leaderboards: To display high scores and rankings (local and global)
• Game Improvement: To understand how the Game is used and fix bugs

3. Advertising

Ninja Leap displays advertisements through Google AdMob. AdMob may collect and use information such as:

Ninja Leap offers an in-app purchase option to remove advertisements. When you make a purchase:

• Payment processing is handled entirely by Google Play or Apple App Store

• Your purchase is linked to your app store account, not to any personal identifier we create

5. Data Sharing and Third Parties

We do not sell, trade, or rent your information. We may share limited data with the following third-party services:

• Google AdMob: For serving advertisements (see Section 3)
• Google Play Services / Apple Game Center: For leaderboard functionality
• Analytics Services: For understanding app usage and improving performance

These services have their own privacy policies and may collect information as described in their respective policies.

6. Data Retention

• Local Data: High scores and nicknames stored locally on your device remain until you delete the app or clear its data
• Server Data: Global leaderboard data (scores and nicknames) is retained indefinitely or until you request deletion
• Analytics Data: Technical data is retained according to third-party service policies (typically 26 months for Google services)

7. Children's Privacy

Ninja Leap is suitable for all ages. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. Since the only information we collect is an optional nickname (which is not personal information), and we do not require registration or account creation, the Game is designed to be safe for children.

8. Your Rights and Choices

You have the following rights regarding your information:

• Deletion: You can delete all local data by uninstalling the Game or clearing app data in your device settings

• Opt-Out of Ads: Adjust your device advertising settings as described in Section 3
• Remove Ads Entirely: Purchase the "Remove Ads" option through in-app purchase

9. Data Security

We implement reasonable security measures to protect the limited information we collect. However, no method of electronic transmission or storage is 100% secure. Since we collect minimal information, the risk to your privacy is very low.

10. International Data Transfers

If you use Ninja Leap outside of the country where our servers are located, your information (limited to optional nickname and scores) may be transferred to and stored in different countries. By using the Game, you consent to such transfers.

11. Changes to this Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last Updated" date. We encourage you to review this Privacy Policy periodically. Continued use of the Game after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
